Sign in with the account you want to delete, read the summary of exactly what will be removed, then confirm with a 4-digit code we email to your registered address and the typed word DELETE. Your access is revoked the moment you confirm.
Your user profile (name, email, phone), login credentials, passkeys, trusted devices, sign-in records (including any sign-in made with Google or Apple), and push notification tokens. If you are the organisation’s owner, the whole workspace goes with you: its other member accounts, AI chat agents, conversation history, contacts, tickets, bookings, call records, recordings, voicemails, transcripts, and any remaining wallet balance, which is forfeited. If you are a manager or an agent, only your own account and seat are deleted. Workspace data controlled by the organisation stays with the organisation. If you signed in with Apple, also open Settings, choose your name, then Sign in with Apple, then Agentive, then Delete, so that Apple stops sharing your e-mail with us.
Your access ends the instant you confirm. The remaining records are erased 7 days later, which is the only window in which a deletion started with a stolen session could be reversed, and always well inside 30 days. The confirmation email names the exact date. We retain invoicing, tax, and payment records for the period required by law (Indian GST record-keeping runs to eight years), and minimal logs needed for security and fraud prevention, which are deleted or anonymised on their own schedule. Retained billing records are kept apart from your account and are never used to contact you.
Agentive Voice is a separate product with its own account and its own database. Deleting here revokes the link between the two but does not delete an Agentive Voice account. Write to hello@agentive.co.in to delete that as well.
