Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Agentive account — including accounts used in the Agentive mobile app — and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

Email hello@agentive.co.in with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address registered to your account, and tell us which product the account belongs to (Agentive Chat, Agentive Voice, or both). We will verify the request and confirm completion.

What gets deleted

Your user profile (name, email, phone), login credentials, push notification tokens, and — when the request comes from the organisation’s owner/admin — the workspace’s conversation history, contacts, tickets, bookings, call records, recordings, voicemails, and transcripts. Agent-level accounts are removed from the workspace; workspace data controlled by the organisation remains with the organisation.

What we keep, and for how long

Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification. We retain invoicing, tax, and payment records for the period required by law (for example GST record-keeping requirements), and minimal logs needed for security and fraud prevention, which are deleted or anonymised on their own schedule.
