Agentive (“Agentive”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered customer communication platform for businesses: AI chat agents for websites and WhatsApp, AI voice agents, and cloud telephony (business calling, IVR, and call management). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to agentive.co.in, app.agentive.co.in, voice.agentive.co.in, our Android and mobile applications, our chat widgets, and our WhatsApp and voice services (together, the “Services”).
Account information. Name, work email, phone number, organisation name, role (for example admin or agent), and a password stored only in hashed form.
Billing information. Billing name and address, GSTIN where provided, prepaid wallet balance, and transaction history. Card, UPI, and net-banking details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Razorpay); we do not store your full payment instrument details.
Conversation data. Messages exchanged between your business and your customers through our chat widgets, inbox, and WhatsApp integration, including names, contact details, and files that participants share in those conversations.
Voice and call data.Call metadata (numbers, time, duration, routing, disposition), voicemails, call recordings, and transcripts where you enable those features. Recordings and transcripts are processed to deliver the service to your business and are available to your organisation’s authorised users.
Mobile app data. On our mobile apps we additionally collect a push notification token (used to alert you about incoming calls and chats) and basic device information. The microphone permission is used only to carry your live call audio while you are on a call placed or received in the app; the app does not access the microphone outside of an active call, and the app itself does not store your call audio on the device.
Usage and log data. IP address, device and browser type, pages and features used, and diagnostic logs that help us keep the Services secure and reliable.
We use this information to provide and operate the Services (including routing calls, delivering messages, generating AI replies and transcripts, and maintaining your wallet), to process payments and issue invoices, to secure the platform and prevent fraud or abuse, to provide support, to send service communications, and to improve our products.
Parts of the Services use artificial intelligence — for example AI chat replies, AI voice agents, and call transcription. To provide these features, relevant conversation content and call audio may be processed by specialised AI, speech-recognition, and speech-synthesis providers acting on our behalf. These providers are engaged to process data solely to deliver the Services and are restricted from using it for their own purposes, including training their general models.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: (a) service providers that help us run the platform — cloud hosting and infrastructure, AI and speech processing, payment processing (Razorpay), email and messaging delivery, and telecommunications carriers that connect phone calls; (b) WhatsApp / Meta Platforms, when you connect and message customers on WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform, subject to Meta’s terms; (c) your organisation— workspace content (chats, calls, recordings, tickets) is visible to your organisation’s authorised admins and agents; (d) authorities where required by law; and (e) a successor entity in a merger or acquisition, under this policy.
If your business enables call recording or AI voice agents, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including informing callers that calls are recorded or handled by an automated agent and obtaining any required consent.
We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Conversation and call data can be deleted on request by your organisation’s admin. After account deletion we remove or anonymise personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain records (for example tax and invoicing records) for legally required periods.
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and protected at rest using industry-standard encryption; integration credentials and tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using appropriate technical and organisational measures.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Admins can manage and delete workspace data from the dashboard. To delete your account and associated data, see our account & data deletion page or write to us at hello@agentive.co.in. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
The Services are built for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 for our own purposes.
In accordance with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can raise privacy concerns or complaints with our Grievance Officer: Rakesh Kumar, hello@agentive.co.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the product or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will always reflect the current version.
